VMXnet 3 adapters and Forefront TMG 2010
I've found VMware VMXnet3 adapters to be problematic with TMG 2010, and in most cases do not work. This is more of a problem where binding multiple MAC or IP addresses, or when using NLB. I recommend against this configuration.
